Our Founders
A Senior Procurement Professional and subject matter expert, he comes with a wealth of market insights across varied product categories. Throughout his career, he has handled procurement of products/services worth more than $2 Billion across sectors like manufacturing, retail and services. His passion lies in transforming procurement departments from being operational focused to becoming a true strategic constituent in a company’s growth. He is a “Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM)” by ISM, USA. He is also a reputed conference speaker in multiple national & international forums, contributing to renowned magazines and publications in his field.
Srini is a strong advocate of adopting innovative technologies to drive efficiencies and effectiveness of the procurement processes. Opportunities to create tangible business impact motivated Srini to move from the staid world of Space as a Scientist at Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) to the hustle and bustle of Corporate India. He is a University Topper in Mechanical Engineering from Andhra University & has an MBA from Welingkar Institute of Management, Mumbai.
An Expert Commercial Professional with more than 20 years of industry experience, he has handled Procurement, Inventory and Commercial departments from scratch until they transform to become the best in class. During his career, he has successfully driven profitability of retail stores with a business turnover of 3,000cr and handled 1000 Cr procurement across Capex and Opex cost segments.
His strength lies in his passion towards setting up processes and designing customer centric solutions. During his experience with Landmark Group, India as a Head of Project Commercial, he had implemented industry best procurement practices and set bench marking prices for all Capex Procurements. His deep understanding and experience in formulating and implementing financial systems and controls and customer engagement are the key driving force for Procucev. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce and is a Chartered Accountant.
Advisory Team
Mr. Vasanth Kumar is part of our advisory team and our angel investor. He has been instrumental in developing strategies for Procucev. Most recently, he was Managing Director, Landmark Group India. He built Max Fashion India since inception and had earlier established Peter England brand making them both market leaders in India. Currently, he is a Senior Advisor for Samara Capital.
He had also worked with HUL, TTK Prestige and HAL before venturing into Retail sector and becoming one of the stalwarts in the industry. Vasanth is a B. E from Anna University (CEG), has an M.Tech from IIT, Chennai and MBA from XLRI, Jamshedpur.
Dr. Pradeep Pendse is part of our advisory team and instrumental in laying the foundation for Procucev & its Technology. He is currently the In-charge Director (University Programs) and CTO, Welingkar Institute of Management. He is also President of IIBA Mumbai Chapter.
An entrepreneur and mentor for many start-ups, he is an Engineering Graduate and a Post Graduate in Management. He holds a Doctorate (University of Mumbai) from Welingkar Institute of Management.
Mr.Venu Juvvala, a well-known leader in Technology Industry, is a part of our advisory team. His impeccable experience in envisioning and leading B2B businesses, along with his rich academic credentials is vital to our journey. His mentoring helps us build the right GTM strategy at every stage of our growth.
Venu has previously worked with IBM for almost two decades as Director for Enterprise Business and was later leading their Cloud Services business before moving on to a leading SaaS company. He also worked with Lenovo and Colgate before moving to IBM.
Mr. Venu Juvvala is an alumnus of IIM Bangalore and Osmania University.
